We offer both Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Employer Service Provider (ESP) Services

A Professional Employer Organization provides and manages the administrative and human resource responsibilities for clients. A co-employment relationship exists between the PEO and the client employer. The PEO client owner (business owner) manages the "on-site" responsibilities like hiring and firing and directing the work to be done, while the PEO handles the "administrative" responsibilities such as payroll, benefits, risk management and compliance issues.

The Bowles Group ESP offers many of the same administrative services that the Workforce PEO program does, but gives clients the option to chose from an array of services to meet particular needs rather than purchasing the entire "package". There is no co-employment relationship with the Bowles Group ESP service. Available services include:
